Includes:

• Unlimited photographs of both inside and outside the property.

• Location photographs of surrounding area. May include nearby rivers or town facilities.

• Up to five virtual tours per property.    

• Aerial Photography (a must for acreage properties) will be quoted.

• CD and/or Email of images.

• Each image will be enhanced by Photoshop software to maximize impact.   

Technical Information: 

• Images are taken on Nikon Digital File and supplied as either JPEG, TIFF or RAW files.

• Images are set to a super high resolution.

• Smaller file sizes available if required.

• Medium Format transparencies or film may also be requested. 12 exposures $99.00.

• Medium Format film can be optically scanned up to 6,400 dpi resulting in a 500 megabyte image.
